More Than Conquerors

Do we believe? Do we trust? Do we know?

Our hope and our glory rest firmly on the work of the cross, yet we walk as if we have the power to make our own way. The Lord has determined our steps and our times before the very foundation of the world. And yet today I still try to step the path without thinking first of the glory of God. Today this is my prayer:

Lord show the way,
that I might live today as a reflection of Your glory
that today the world might see You through me.
Today, this day, I give over to You
that You might been known, that You might be heard,
that Your Name would be lifted high above my own.
You are the standard bearer at the head of my path
carrying a light to guide me in my darkest days.
Though I should stumble You are with me.
Lord Jesus be the Way.
